Bernard R. Woodson General Contractor
Bernard R. Woodson is the Founder & Owner of Four Rivers Contracting Group, LLC. He has over 15 years of experience in the residential construction industry including real estate investment and property management. Bernard currently holds a Maryland Home Improvement Contractors license and was also a licensed Realtor in Maryland for over a decade. After graduating high school, Bernard attended Howard University majoring in Accounting. He has completed over 60 hours of real estate continuing education training to include Ethics, Fair Housing, legislative updates, and various other industry related courses. Bernard trained at the National Real Estate Institute where he learned investing and commercial real estate. There he gained an in-depth knowledge of real estate laws, principles, practices, and markets. At Four Rivers Contracting Group, he is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the company.
